2020版中国药典 四部 8002试液
A液（1）取硫酸铜17.3g与枸橼酸115.0g，加微温或温水使溶解成200ml。
B液（2）取在180 ℃干燥2小时的无水碳酸钠185.3g，加水 使溶解成500ml。
临用前取B液（2）液50ml，在不断振摇下，缓缓加入A液（1） 20ml内，冷却后，加水稀释至100ml，即得。
